LightGAIN MDX-OSC Quick Turn Custom Multiplexer

The LightGAIN MDX-OSC card provides passive add/drop Optical Service Channel (OSC) functionality in DWDM systems. This card is deployed in conjunction with Optelian’s Management-OSC card (MGT-OSC).

The MDX-OSC includes two monitoring ports and supports bidirectional 2-fiber operation.  The unit mounts into a single slot of any of the active shelves, and can provide card identification information for network management.

Any-wavelength DWDM in-band OSC add/drop modules are also available as part of Optelian’s Quick Turn Custom Multiplexer family.
