As cabinets become more congested and rack space is at a premium, the efficient use of cabinet space is becoming a common technical challenge for service providers. Until now equipment installation was limited to rack or pre-provisioned shelf space. Optelian’s LightGAIN CMS-110 breaks from the traditional method of mounting modules in rack mounted shelves. The CMS-110 provides an additional cost effective mounting platform for any single width LGX module.
Optelian s CMS-110 incorporates Neodymium Magnets- Rare Earth Magnet technology to offer a flexible and secure mounting option using very little space in congested cabinets and customer
premise locations. The CMS-110 accepts one or two passive, industry standard single width LGX style cassettes.
The low cost, availability, and plug-in nature of the CMS-110 makes installation a routine exercise for technicians.
