Fiber Jumpers and Cable Assemblies
Optelian offers both single-mode and multi-mode fiber assemblies, Y cables, jumpers with in-line attenuators and variable optical attenuators (VOA’s) of any length with a wide range of connector styles.
All assemblies are terminated and polished using precision techniques and are fully tested prior to packaging. Fiber jumpers are available in simplex, duplex and pigtail styles. Staggered connectors, job specific breakout lengths and a custom pulling eye can all be specified.
All connectors feature quality ceramic ferrules and comply with Telcordia standards. Semi-automatic fiber polishing equipment ensures exact connector interface specifications are maintained throughout the production process. All products are 100% optically tested prior to shipment and when requested, full interferometric screening for ferrule profile and geometry can be performed.
